DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is conceived as a superposition of horizontal planes that engage directly with the landscape, resulting in a clear, precise, and distinctly contemporary architectural expression. This compositional strategy allows the program to be clearly organized while generating generous extensions that strengthen the relationship between architecture and its natural surroundings.

Social spaces fully open to the exterior, enhancing continuity between indoor spaces and the landscape and encouraging outdoor living, while private areas are arranged on the upper levels, protected by deep overhangs and solar control systems that ensure comfort and privacy. A restrained and carefully selected material palette—based on concrete, glass, and wood—creates a timeless and balanced architectural image, where the building integrates into the landscape with serenity and natural ease.
