DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Located on a corner lot facing a canal, this two-story house is designed to maximize views and connection with the waterfront surroundings. Its contemporary aesthetic combines exposed concrete with a black rod cladding, adding texture and personality to the overall design.<\/p>\n

The living room is situated at a corner of the house, achieving a large opening and visual connectivity with the exterior, enhancing the relationship between the interior and the landscape. The gallery and the pool are located on one side, taking advantage of the site\u2019s orientation to create recreational and lounging areas linked to the canal.<\/p>\n

The interior layout maximizes natural light and views, with private areas on the upper floor and social spaces on the ground floor, which open toward the exterior and surroundings. The overall design seeks to balance functionality and comfort, using natural materials and a contemporary architectural language that encourages connection with the coastal landscape from every corner of the house.<\/p>\n
