DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The architecture is inspired by the search for a balance between privacy and openness, adapting to the coastal context of Jos\u00e9 Ignacio to offer a functional home connected to its surroundings. The house is organized across three levels: basement, ground floor, and upper floor, designed to maximize the relationship with the landscape. The basement houses a playroom, naturally lit and ventilated through a patio. This underground space becomes an intimate and functional retreat, separate from the main social areas.<\/p>\n

On the ground floor, the design is organized around an internal patio that divides the spaces and allows natural light to enter, creating a fresh and bright environment. On the upper floor, this concept evolves into two separate volumes placed on either side of the patio, establishing a dialogue between interior and exterior, and enhancing views and connection with the landscape. The volumetric composition and integration of patios promote a relaxed lifestyle in harmony with the surroundings.<\/p>\n
