The Nordelta Club House, shaped like an L, emphasizes its connection with the natural surroundings through clean lines and curved pavements that integrate with the terrain. Sustainable strategies such as large windows and a green roof stand out.<\/p>\n

The main guardhouse of Silvestre presents itself as a slab with three separate blocks, reflecting the neighborhood’s movement. It includes flexible pavements and flowerbeds, along with a green terrace with photovoltaic panels, mirroring the Club House’s approach.<\/p>\n

The Sports Multipurpose Room (SUM), located at the secondary entrance, encourages connection between sports activities with its slab design and exposed concrete walls. Positive interaction with the neighborhood is prioritized, alongside the implementation of sustainable strategies.<\/p>\n
