DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The project emerges from the neighborhood’s initiative to create a new sports and social area, with a building oriented towards the northeast to capitalize on its orientation and views.

The project development is distributed across three levels: the first level features a green terrace working as a lookout towards the sports area, while the second level houses the bar and pool area, connected by a ramp to spacious terraces overlooking the lake and sports fields. Emphasizing integration with the topography, the gym design on the third level is complemented by a patio connecting to the existing courts.

The composition of materials such as exposed concrete, wood, and travertine creates an elegant gant atmosphere, underscoring the project’s adaptability to new sports, gastronomic, and gathering áreas.
