DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The residence is designed on two levels and features the predominant use of exposed concrete, complemented by a black metal cladding that wraps around the facade. This enclosure acts as a sun filter, adds rhythm and texture to the architectural composition, and contributes to the privacy of the interior spaces without blocking the connection to the surroundings. The design expresses a clear aesthetic, with a precise reading of the materials and their functions.

On the upper floor, an open patio organizes and divides the program, creating a connection between different areas while allowing natural light and ventilation. Adjacent to the patio, a green terrace accompanies the outdoor space, incorporating nature and offering an area for outdoor relaxation.

Outside, the house is completed by a semi-Olympic swimming pool, which reinforces the recreational and sporting character of the project, creating a space for leisure and physical activity.
