DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The project is located in Punta del Este and is guided by the idea of inhabiting the landscape through a serene and open architecture. It is a single-story house where the connection with the outdoors shapes the proposal, prioritizing open-air spaces such as a large semi-covered area and a solarium that extend the use of the house beyond its built limits. The landscaping around the semi-covered area is brought into the interior, reinforcing the integration between architecture and nature.

The materiality combines a solid structure with a slatted cladding that adds texture and rhythm, establishing a dialogue with the natural context. The floor plan is designed to create a smooth transition between inside and outside, softening boundaries and encouraging a relaxed lifestyle in close connection with the coastal environment.
