DESIGN APPROACH

The house is located on a plot with a very wide frontage and views over a golf course.

Arranged over two levels, the floors are developed linearly, thus taking advantage of their north orientation and views of the greenery.

Each volume stands out with its own materiality, contrasting with the other to create contrast.
