DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The project is conceived through a composition of pure lines and noble materials, where exposed concrete provides solidity and wood brings warmth and texture. Toward the street, it presents a restrained and sober façade that ensures privacy, while toward the garden it opens completely, integrating interior and exterior spaces through large glazed panels that frame the views and allow natural light to flood the interiors.

Inside, a neutral palette and continuous surfaces enhance the sense of serenity and spaciousness. Every element responds to a logic of balance and coherence, resulting in contemporary, essential, and timeless architecture in constant dialogue with its surroundings.
