The house is harmoniously situated on a 2,265m2 plot with access to a canal leading to the river, expanding in all directions to create multiple outdoor environments.

The project unfolds across a two-story block, with the social program located on the ground floor and extending towards the spacious gardens. The upper floor is strategically oriented towards the river, offering panoramic views from all bedrooms.

Highlighting the careful detailing of the sheet metal eaves, elegantly resting over the upper floor block, the project stands out for its unique aesthetic. The combination of materials such as concrete and sheet metal creates a visual contrast that enriches the architectural identity of the house.
