DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is developed on a sloped site, making the most of the privileged views of the river that stretch out in front of the property. Its volumetry is organized into three main levels: a basement, ground floor, and upper floor, complemented by an accessible rooftop.

The basement includes a patio that ensures cross ventilation and natural light, providing comfort and good environmental quality to the lower areas of the house. On the ground floor, a semi-covered area oriented toward the river maximizes the views and connection with the surroundings. The upper floor, as well as the rooftop, continues this strategy by featuring terraces and open areas that prioritize landscape contemplation and strengthen the direct relationship with the river.

At all levels, the orientation and design aim to establish the house as a refuge connected to nature, where natural light and river views are the main focus. The seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces creates versatile living areas that encourage a lifestyle deeply connected to the natural environment and its surroundings.
