DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
The house is implanted in tree levels: basement, ground floor, and upper floor. In the basement, there is a social space with a garage for four cars, a playroom, and a dining room. The ground floor has an L-shaped design, with social areas such as living room, dining room, kitchen integrated with the playroom, and a large semi-covered gallery with a solarium and semi-olympic pool. The upper floor is divided into a master suite and en-suite bedrooms, with access via main and secondary stairs, respectively, offering functional and spacious spaces.
The architecture of the house stands out for its prominent use of exposed concrete throughout the structure, along with concrete sunshades on the front facade to create visual rhythms. The black aluminum rod cladding across the facade complements the floor-to-ceiling windows. The back facade opens up to the golf course with a translucent facade, integrating with the gallery and solarium, emphasizing the connection with the natural environment and the meticulous design of the project.
