DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

Located on a beach in the south of Buenos Aires, the house offers an escape from the intense routine of the city,. Designed for sharing with family and friends. The project is developed on one – story around a large central courtyard, with outdoor spaces for gatherings and a swimming pool.

The L-shaped layout divides social areas from private ones, all with views of the courtyard and garden. The concept and construction prioritize sustainability, with prefabricated systems and renewable energies.
