DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is situated on a spacious and sloping plot in a residential area of Madrid.

The project unfolds across three levels: ground floor, upper floor, and basement. The ground floor features a central courtyard that separates the common areas from the private ones, while the upper floor houses the bedrooms, divided by the double-height courtyard for adults and children. The basement provides access to the garden thanks to the slope of the terrain.

Highlighting its exterior, the house is entirely clad in Italian travertine.
