DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The project is based on a careful reading of the site’s conditions and the intention to create a solid and serene architectural work. The house is organized across three levels — basement, ground floor, and upper floor — and is constructed with exposed concrete, which gives it a strong and timeless presence. The basement contains a recreational area with a gym and pool, naturally lit and ventilated through a patio. This outdoor space features a thoughtful landscape design that enhances the view from the interior and contributes to an atmosphere of calm and contemplation.

On the upper levels, the concrete is complemented by black metal slats that add texture and rhythm to the façades. On the upper floor, strategically placed sunshades regulate solar exposure while ensuring thermal comfort and privacy. A terrace is incorporated as a space for expansion and contemplation, extending the interior logic of the project into the open air.
