DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is situated on a diagonally shaped plot of land, adapting its form and volume to its specific needs. It is spread across two levels. The ground floor houses the social spaces, designed to seamlessly integrate with the outdoor gallery and pool. On the upper floor are the private areas, including bedrooms, the master suite, a study, and a hall integrated with an internal patio that allows natural light to enter.

Highlighting a central courtyard with a spiral staircase, the project achieves a seamless integration between indoor and outdoor spaces. The materials used include exposed concrete on the exterior, floor-to-ceiling black aluminum windows, and travertine floors both indoors and outdoors, complemented by natural walnut wood cladding and black accents.
