DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
Located on a hillside overlooking the city of Los Angeles, the house is organized across two levels, blending clean geometries with a warm and timeless material palette. Exposed concrete serves as the primary structural element, complemented by travertine cladding, creating a balance between solidity and refinement. This combination allows the house to engage with the surrounding topography while asserting a strong presence on the site.
On the upper floor, a large terrace extends along the front of the house and is accompanied by a patio that brings light and greenery into the heart of the volume. On the ground floor, the social areas open fluidly to the exterior through expansive glass surfaces, reinforcing the connection with the landscape. The design integrates with the slope of the terrain, highlighting the distant views and offering a serene, contemporary atmosphere.
