DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
The design is developed over two levels, prioritizing fluid circulation and the integration of spacious, naturally illuminated areas with the natural surroundings. A large semi-covered area extends along the site, functioning as an axis that visually and functionally connects different areas while maintaining the independence of each. The façade is characterized by the use of exposed concrete, complemented by a vertical rod cladding that adds texture and a modern character.
The program includes a gym and a paddle court, both strategically located with direct access to facilitate their use as spaces dedicated to physical activity and recreation.
The main entrance stands out with the incorporation of a pond that brings freshness and serves as a visual focal point, creating a welcoming atmosphere that links nature with architecture from the very first contact.
