DESIGN APPROACH

Located within La Carolina del Mar, the Club House was conceived as a social and recreational hub connected to the neighborhood’s sports facilities. Positioned alongside the tennis and padel courts, the building provides a setting for physical activity, social gatherings and outdoor living.

The project is organized around two main volumes defined by curved geometries and semicircular ends, giving the building a distinctive identity. One volume accommodates a multipurpose hall with a barbecue area for events and gatherings, while the second contains a gym and its associated changing rooms.

Both volumes are linked by a large concrete roof that unifies the composition and creates generous covered outdoor spaces, offering shade and extending the building towards the surrounding landscape. The material palette combines exposed concrete, wood and large glazed surfaces, resulting in a contemporary and timeless architectural language. The project brings together architecture, landscape and program to create a central gathering place within the community.
