DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

This two-story beach house was designed to enhance its connection with the natural surroundings and the coastal climate. On the ground floor, a large central patio divides the house into two sectors, creating cross ventilation, abundant natural light, and a focal point that visually and spatially connects the different areas of the home.

The upper floor is conceived as a more intimate and quiet area within the residence. Additionally, this level features a spacious terrace that serves as an extension of the interior spaces and offers an outdoor relaxation area with privileged views of the surroundings.

The overall design seeks to balance functionality and comfort, using natural materials and a contemporary architectural language that encourages a connection with the coastal landscape from every corner of the house.
