DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

Designed to harmoniously blend with its natural surroundings, this two-story beach house prioritizes panoramic views and cross ventilation. The elongated floor plan allows for a linear and functional distribution of interior spaces, optimizing natural light and visual connection with the outdoors.

The main entrance is located on one side, accessed through a semi-covered gallery that serves as a transitional space between exterior and interior, protecting the entrance and creating a welcoming area for gathering and relaxation. This gallery also organizes circulation to the different areas on the ground floor.

The architecture combines natural and noble materials with a sober and functional design aimed at creating an atmosphere of serenity and comfort, ideal for relaxation in a beach setting.
