DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The architectural language of this beach house is sober and precise, where exposed concrete and wood are combined with a structure of clean lines. The volumetric composition clearly defines the different spaces, with a semi-covered area that serves as the main entrance and organizes circulation throughout the house. The solarium is located on one side, establishing a direct connection with the natural surroundings and providing a relaxing outdoor area.

The upper floor is conceived as a more introspective and private zone. This level is oriented to maximize views and natural light, and includes access to a terrace that reinforces the architectural concept. The house conveys a sense of order and serenity, resulting from a clear and coherent design approach.
