The house is located in José Ignacio, on a beachfront lot that offers privileged views and sea breeze. The residence is developed on three levels: a basement, ground floor, and upper floor, harmoniously integrating with the natural surroundings and maximizing orientation and landscape. The basement features an English patio that provides natural lighting and ventilation, creating a bright and comfortable space.

The ground and upper floors are organized around an inner patio that spans both levels, generating a visual and spatial connection that allows natural light to enter and facilitates air circulation, while also providing privacy and a peaceful atmosphere within the house. These spaces serve as an open central area, contributing a fresh and airy environment that links the different functional areas of the home.
