DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

In the United Arab Emirates, our «House of the Future» redefines residential architecture with a modular and sustainable approach. The house is situated on a sloped terrain, capitalizing on the views and topography of the location. The design unfolds across two levels, allowing for a clear separation between private and social areas, with the main floor located on the upper level and the social area on the ground floor, connected by a central staircase.

The project is characterized by its focus on integration with the natural environment, using local materials and sustainable construction techniques.

Highlighting the fusion of contemporary architecture and traditional elements, the house features a facade of natural stone and large windows offering panoramic views. The combination of innovative design and respect for the natural environment underscores the uniqueness and quality of the project.
