DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is situated in The Hamptons, New York, USA, distinguished by its minimalist design emphasizing horizontal lines and large eaves. Spread across three levels, the basement features recreational spaces, a gym, and services, all connected to an English patio to allow natural light.

The project unfolds on the ground floor, integrating social areas such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, gallery, grill, and pool, while the upper floor houses private programs, including three junior suites, a master suite, and a playroom. Emphasis is placed on connecting with the outdoors to optimize views and solar exposure.

Highlighting contrasting materials, with dark exteriors and light interiors, the project accentuates a unique relationship with its surroundings through floor-to-ceiling windows, enhancing the livability and aesthetic appeal of the place.
