DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is located on a lot facing a water canal, establishing a direct and constant connection with the surrounding landscape. Developed over two floors, the residence is organized around an inner patio that spans both levels, creating a central axis that visually and spatially connects the different areas. This patio brings in natural light and fresh air, enhancing interior comfort and maintaining a connection with the outdoors from multiple points within the house.

The interiors stand out for their light color palette, contributing to a bright and spacious atmosphere. On the façade, a slatted cladding adds texture and visual interest, giving the volume a distinctive character. On the upper floor, a large terrace offers open views of the water, serving as a privileged space that strengthens the relationship between the home and its natural surroundings, inviting enjoyment of the landscape and tranquility of the site.
