DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

With its exposed concrete structure, the house extends over two levels, thoughtfully oriented to make the most of its privileged waterfront setting. A central patio articulates the interior layout, providing light and ventilation while connecting the two main floors in both function and atmosphere.

On the ground floor, a landscaped border runs along one side of the house, softening the concrete structure and enhancing the relationship between the built environment and the outdoors.

The upper level features a large terrace that extends the living areas outdoors, offering generous space for leisure and views toward the water. The rooftop includes a gym and an additional terrace, creating a private, elevated setting ideal for recreation and contemplation.

Designed to maximize its connection to the surroundings, the project uses strategic openings and outdoor areas to blur the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces, prioritizing comfort, spatial quality, and seamless flow across all levels.
