DESIGN APPROACH
Located in Donato Beach Club, Manantiales, Uruguay, the house was conceived to establish a direct relationship with the coastal landscape. The project is organized through a composition of horizontal lines, generous outdoor expansions and a central courtyard that structures circulation and connects the different living spaces.
The ground floor brings together the social areas in open and flexible spaces connected to the exterior through large glazed openings, while the upper level accommodates the private areas oriented towards the best views. Deep overhangs and covered terraces reinforce the transition between interior and exterior, providing comfort and privacy.
The result is a contemporary residence that integrates architecture and landscape through light-filled spaces, fluid circulation and a constant connection to its surroundings.
