DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is strategically laid out: on the ground floor are all the social areas, including a living room integrated with a playroom, kitchen, and a gallery. On the other hand, the upper floor houses the private spaces, with 4 ensuite bedrooms. To optimize orientation and favor natural lighting, an internal courtyard was designed to seek the best orientations and make the most of sunlight.

The project unfolds over two levels, clearly separating social and private functions. The front of the house features exposed concrete design, incorporating details in the formwork to create different depths and shadows, contributing to a unique and modern aesthetic to the architectural ensemble.

Highlighting the pursuit of comfort and functionality, the house presents itself as a well-thought-out and designed space, where the distribution of environments and the choice of materials combine to create a cozy and contemporary home. The internal courtyard and the design details on the front of the house are distinctive elements that emphasize the quality and care in the development of the project.
