DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The project is situated on a sloping ground in Quinta de Baronesa, where the spaces of the house and the outdoor gallery open towards these views. It is developed on a single level with a large semi-covered entrance leading to the main space of the house connected to the outdoor gallery.

In terms of materials, the Project is composed by travertine floor, internal walls clad in wood, windows and wood-like sunshades.

The spacious semi-covered galleries around the perimeter of the house and the flowerbeds are the protagonists of the project, simultaneously protecting it from high tropical temperatures.
