DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The project is located on a hillside in Los Angeles, in an elevated position that offers open views of both the city and the ocean. The house is organized on two levels, crossed by two patios that structure the interior space, enhance natural light, and promote cross-ventilation, creating a bright and fluid atmosphere throughout.

On the upper floor, a spacious terrace is strategically oriented to take advantage of the panoramic views, becoming a key space for relaxation and contemplation of the urban and coastal landscape. This outdoor area extends the interior experience toward the surroundings, reinforcing the connection between architecture and landscape.

The property is complemented by a guest house located independently, with its own private access, allowing for separation and privacy between both uses. This secondary unit is designed with the same criteria of landscape integration, ensuring a harmonious living experience connected to the privileged hillside setting.
