DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

Located in a privileged setting, the project is situated next to the Ginard Ballester winery in Mendoza, in close proximity to the vineyard. The architecture aims to integrate soberly and solidly into the landscape, offering an experience that values both the natural environment and the gastronomic journey. A large central patio organizes the space and acts as a focal point, generating visual and functional relationships between interior and exterior. The arrangement around the patio promotes natural light, ventilation, and continuity with the surroundings. This open space also serves as a place for gathering and contemplation, strengthening the connection with the surrounding landscape.

The building, entirely constructed in exposed concrete, expresses an austere and timeless materiality that dialogues with the scale of the winemaking landscape. A spacious terrace complements the spatial flow and reinforces the connection with the vineyard, extending the restaurant experience outdoors. The overall configuration defines a serene atmosphere in harmony with the character of the site.
