DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is situated on a diagonally shaped plot of land, adapting its form and volumetry to its specific requirements. The project unfolds across two floors, with the ground floor housing the social programs of the house and the upper floor dedicated to the private programs of bedrooms and a Studio .

Highlighting the central courtyard with its spiral staircase, the project seamlessly integrates interior and exterior spaces, creating a sense of openness and connection with nature.

The combination of materials such as exposed concrete on the exterior, black aluminum windows, and travertine floors, along with walnut wood interior cladding, adds a distinctive and sophisticated touch to the project’s aesthetic.
