DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The Ayres De Pilar house is characterized by a central courtyard of triple height that links the three levels of the building. An cantilevered volume on the ground floor creates a semi-covered garage, generating a spacious and well-ventilated basement. The main entrance stands out with a diagonal concrete wall with irregular vertical voids, integrating the green surroundings within the structure.

On the ground floor, the common spaces are located, separated from the private ones on the upper floor.

This design offers exceptional integration between functionality and aesthetics, enhancing the connection with the surrounding nature.
