DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house in the Albanueva neighborhood is implanted with a solid concrete volume over a translucent floor. Clear sunshades on the upper floor provide privacy and regulate northwest light, while a spacious patio integrates with the interior architecture.

Developed over two levels, the upper floor houses private spaces and the ground floor features common and entertainment areas. The rear facade is completely open, connecting interiors with the garden and river through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Highlighted for its innovative design and integration with the surroundings, the house in Albanueva combines modern elements like concrete with details that prioritize privacy and comfort.
