DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is conceived as a horizontal composition that carefully adapts to the natural landscape, establishing a direct and continuous relationship with its surroundings. The architecture is defined by pure volumes and continuous planes that organize the program and provide a clear formal expression, while articulating interior and exterior spaces through open yet protected extensions.

Social areas are developed in close connection with the outdoors, encouraging visual continuity and outdoor living, while private spaces are arranged on an upper level, ensuring privacy, solar control, and carefully framed views. A restrained and refined material palette—based on concrete, glass, and vertical shading screens—reinforces a serene, contemporary, and timeless architectural language, seamlessly integrated into the landscape.
