DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The house is set within a natural environment with strong vegetation, seeking a direct integration between architecture and landscape. The project is conceived through a system of superimposed horizontal planes that define a clear and contemporary volume, prioritizing views, natural light, and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces.

The residence is organized over two levels. The ground floor accommodates the social areas, conceived as a continuous and flexible space that integrates living, dining, and kitchen areas, fully connected to the outdoor terraces through large floor-to-ceiling glazed openings. This level is designed as an open living platform, where interior spaces naturally extend into the landscape.

The upper floor contains the private areas, oriented toward the best views and protected by vertical screens and shading elements that provide solar control and privacy, while shaping the architectural identity of the façade.

Materially, the house is defined by a sober and timeless palette, combining light-toned surfaces, concrete, wood, and glass to create a warm and refined architectural expression. The structural system of flat slabs and slender columns allows for open floor plans and reinforces the sense of lightness.

In summary, the project proposes a contemporary residence with pure lines, where architecture acts as a framework for the landscape and a flexible support for everyday living.
