DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

The project is set within a natural environment, seeking a balanced integration between architecture and landscape. The proposal is defined through a composition of superimposed horizontal planes, shaping a clear, contemporary volume with a strong architectural presence.

The house is organized over two levels. The ground floor accommodates the social areas, conceived as a continuous and flexible space, with a strong visual and spatial connection to the exterior through large glazed surfaces. The upper level contains the private areas, opening onto terraces that strengthen the relationship with the surroundings while providing shading to the lower floor.

The material strategy is based on a sober and timeless palette in light tones, complemented by solar control elements that enhance environmental comfort and reinforce the horizontal expression of the building.
